Saxophonist and composer, Remy Le Boeuf has worked with a
range of collaborators including the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra
with Wynton Marsalis, JACK Quartet, Knower, Linda Oh, and his own twin
brother Pascal, with whom he co-leads the Grammy-nominated ensemble, Le
Boeuf Brothers.
After receiving his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Manhattan
School of Music in 2009, Le Boeuf has gone on to receive commissions
and awards from SFJAZZ, Chamber Music America, The Jerome Foundation,
Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, National Foundation for Advancement
in the Arts, American Composers Forum, New York Youth Symphony, Keio
University, BMI, Copland House, Copland Fund, and the ASCAP Foundation.
Le Boeuf’s latest release, "Light as a Word" (2019 features Walter
Smith III,
Aaron Parks, Charles Altura, Matt Brewer, and Peter Kronreif.
He is anticipating the release of a full-length
album by his jazz orchestra, "Assembly of Shadows" in November, 2019.
Past Le Boeuf Brothers projects include "House Without A Door" (2009),
"an impressively self-assured new album, which reaches for the gleaming
cosmopolitanism of our present era" (New York Times); "In Praise of
Shadows" (2011), which "deftly blends elements of electronica with
touches of indie rock and sophisticated jazz writing on this
genre-defying project" (JazzTimes); and "Remixed" an "open-minded and
masterfully crafted precursor of things to come" (All About Jazz).
Le Boeuf was born and in Santa Cruz, CA and currently resides is a
Brooklyn, NY.

Miro Sprague is a pianist, composer, bandleader, and educator
based in Los Angeles.
He has performed with Wayne Shorter, Matt Wilson, Ingrid Jensen, Jerry
Bergonzi, Houston Person, Greg Osby, and Jerome Jennings, among others.
Since 2015 he has been the pianist for vocalist Karrin Allyson, touring
with her throughout the U.S. and overseas and recording on her latest
release “Some Of That Sunshine.”
Miro has been featured on numerous recordings as both a leader and a
sideman, including “Blue Dreaming” which features his trio and quintet,
and two albums with the cooperative septet “Holophonor”.
He attended the Manhattan School of Music where he studied with Garry
Dial, Jason Moran, and Chris Rosenberg, graduating in 2008. He moved to
Los Angeles in 2012 to attend the Thelonious Monk Institute at UCLA,
where he studied with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, Billy
Childs, James Newton, and Hal Crook.
Karl McComas-Reichl is a bassist, cellist, composer, and
educator. Originally from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, he lived and worked
in New
York City, where he earned his BFA in Jazz Performance from the New
School University.
He has toured and recorded extensively in the US and Europe and
currently resides in Los Angeles.
Performance and recording credits include Tony Tixier, Ingrid Jensen,
Matt Wilson, Logan Richardson, Ben van Gelder, Peter Schlamb, Glenn
Zaleski, Peter Evans, and Dave Binney.
After graduating from Western Michigan University’s jazz studies program, drummer Christian Euman
attended the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz Performance, where he studied and performed with
Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Chris Potter, Jimmy Heath, and Stefon Harris.
Christian has performed and toured with Kurt Elling, Billy Childs,
Walter Smith III, Geoff Keezer, Jacob Collier, Mike Moreno, and Marquis
Hill. He has performed at festivals throughout the States, Europe, and
Africa, including headlining performances at the North Sea Jazz
Festival with Elling, and the Playboy Jazz Festival with Hancock,
Shorter, and the Monk Fellows.
