Jacam Manricks/Giulio Cetto/Mike Quigg/Justin Rock




Sri Lankan/Portuguese Australian born saxophonist/composer Jacam Manricks began studying piano at age 5 and the alto saxophone at 9. His formal musical training continued in New York in 2001, culminating with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Manhattan School of Music in 2007.

He has released eight CDs as a leader, featuring such musicians as Ben Monder, Tyshawn Sorey, Gary Versace, Scott Wendholt, Alan Ferber, Adam Rogers, Matt Wilson, Kevin Hays, and Ari Hoenig.

He has performed with Ray Charles, the Vanguard Orchestra, Jeff 'Tain' Watts, Dave Liebman, Bob Mintzer, James Morrison, Mike Nock, Ben Monder, Gary Versace, Tyshawn Sorey, and the Queensland Symphony.

He has taught at the Manhattan School of Music, William Paterson University, University of Toronto, the New School, and is currently at UC Davis.

He has performed at Chez Hanny with GilManricks Duo, and the Jacam Manricks Quartet.

Giulio Xavier Cetto is an acoustic and electric bassist currently living in San Francisco, California. Raised in a musical family, he has played music all of his life. Giulio performs nationally and internationally. He teaches master classes and private lessons and for the past 4 years has been faculty at the Stanford Jazz Workshop.

His musical associates include Dan Zinn, Joe Mazzaferro, Chase Jackson, Malachi Whitson, Grant Levin, Hamir Atwal, and Dahveed Behroozi.

He has performed at Chez Hanny with the Jacam Manricks Quartet.

Mike Quigg began playing the drums at age 9 and hasn't looked back since. He grew up in Tracy, CA where he honed his craft while studying with a private instructor for 7 years and within that time, grew to be a well known and highly sought after drummer in his home town along with the surrounding bay area at a young age.

While attending San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA he co-ran a weekly Jam Session at The Take 5 Club and had the opportunity to play with renowned artists such as Eric Marienthal, Gilbert Castellanos, and Claudia Villela.

He went on to get his Bachelors in Music from the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley, CA.

He has performed at Chez Hanny with the Jacam Manricks Quartet, and MQW Trio with Michael Zilber.




After seven original records and a slew of live performances, guitarist Justin Rock continues to hone his own unique musical voice.

Born into a musical household, Justin's exposure began at a young age. After a year in Chicago attending DePaul University spent mostly compiling original music in his spare time, Justin returned to Detroit where he enrolled at Wayne State University and went on to receive and B.A. in jazz studies and guitar performance.

Justin now resides on the west coast where he continues to teach (SFJAZZ, Stanford Jazz Workshop, private lessons), compose, and perform with the likes of David Binney, Roy Hargrove, Allison Miller, Rufus Reid, Stacy Dillard, Jacam Manricks, Dillon Vado, Logan Kane, Steven Lugerner, Stumble Day, Bastet, and many others.
