From pianist David Udolf:

Hey Frank,

I seem to be having a problem getting my bandmates bios for our Oct 26th gig. I think they are all too busy! I'll keep harrassing them but if you want you can just send out a simple email entitled the Jules Rowell Group featuring Jules Rowell on trombone, Jan Wilson on tenor and soprano sax, Mario Suraci on bass, David Udolf/piano, and Rob Gibson on drums. The music will be in large part a tribute to J.J. Johnson peppered with some original music and some recent music by bassist Dave Holland. Jules has worked with Woody Herman, Ray Charles, John Hendricks and Eddie Palmieri and is an amazing arranger and composer himself. Mario is a well known bassist who has played with everyone. Jan is a fine local player who studied a great deal with Joe Henderson. Rob I don't know as much about other than I played with him a bit in the circus for a while! Hope you are well. I am definitely coming to hear Jessica Williams!

See you
David Udolf
